Was going good for a while. But now I keep getting stuck with pitch black screen

Bad representation of the classic game. Also gave me a hard time writing this review because I was trying to give it a low rating.

Dont really love the ads and the videos that always pop up... But I do love the old school feel that the game has continued to protect.

Great way to pass time

I just recently took a long road trip with the family, and I was able to stay busy with this game for hours! Its a great challenge, if thats what your looking for! Hope you enjoy the game as much as I do!!

Easy way to pass time

It used to work on iOS 6.x, now it says 7.x required. When I try to open the app, it puts me in a continuous update loop that recognizes I have an older iOS version but says "download" the older version, yet can never proceed to the game. Now Im wary of whether I should spend the money on the regular Tetris game (which by the way still says iOS 6.x on the info page in iTunes). It might get upped too, and render my purchase obsolete. I wish this was still back compatible so my kids could still play on my old iPhone that has become their mini gaming device.

The game is fun but there are too many ads that play before I want to play.

Once you get used to the movements, it isnt bad. The old style Tetris is still my all time favorite game. I dont really like all the tracking and the ads. It hangs a bit and needs a restart now and then. Four stars!

Its a fun game.

Was a fun game but I cant even play it now because I get a pitch black screen when I open the app. And for that reason I cant give it anything other than 2 stars. If the black scree wasnt the case it would easily get 4 or 5 stars

Just played it, they made me pick where to put the blocks. BOO this isnt REAL Tetris!

Fun for a pastime.

Comes with adds like every free version but I like that you can extend your game by watching an ad.

its a very fun game and I enjoy it a lot and all of the customizing options you have for gameplay, but I notice once I leave the app for a few hours and want to come back later and play, it is not possible. I open it to a black screen or a frozen page of what I played last, which then crashes the app. Ive reinstalled a few times and it still does it. I will keep installing it because I like the game but it is very irritating to have to go through a process just to play it, so please fix these bugs.

The freezing and crashing is disappointing.

Definitely the closest to my nostalgic childhood Tetris as Ive found. Rating only 4 stars because it should really have both original theme music selections available, and $5 is way too much for ads free, but I do love the ability to continue a game at any time, making it a far more flexible playing experience than other games.
